I am Vandana Laddha, the Director of Shivani Carriers Pvt. Ltd., where I lead operations with a focus on truck driver management, accounts, and finance.
Born and raised in Indore, I completed my graduation in commerce and a master’s in English Literature. In 2007, after spending 13 years as a homemaker in a traditional Marwari joint family, I joined my husband’s transport business, Shivani Carriers. Despite having no prior experience in the industry, I embraced the learning curve, and over time, developed a deep passion for the business.

My company name is Shivani Carriers Pvt. Ltd. based out of Indore. We are having 23 branches and serving pan India. In our company I’m closely monitoring driver management and their performance.

In 2012, I was honoured with the Mahindra Lady Transporter of the Year Award and later sponsored by Mahindra Group to pursue a Management Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad, designed specifically for transporters. This experience and my subsequent leadership program at IIM-A in 2016 have helped me apply strategic business practices to improve our operations. Currently I’m Pursuing accelerated general management program from IIM Ahmedabad.
