Working as a VP and heading the fleet for Delhivery. Responsible for building various operational and technological capabilities for the fleet and related planning, strategies, P&L, and overall driving efficiencies for the logistics and transportation.
- During his tenure in this current role, he’s built an infra & dedicated owned fleet supply for the Network from scratch, with a lower cost of operation compared to contractual trucking.
- Introduced the trailer operation in the E-commerce logistics in the country
- Set in motion a highly efficient TT interchangeability model for the linehaul network, which is something of its kind in India.
- Introduction of Roadtrain for the first time in India.
5. Building alternative fuel (LNG, EV etc) infra and ecosystem for the Linehaul with OEMs and Oil & Gas companies.
