His responsibility is in developing and implementation of training strategies in all the different training programmes.
Ensuring CMVR compliant training and also to chalk out programmes for meeting customer expectation are specific areas.
He oversees the following also:
• Training the trainer
• Auto Lab
• Basic Automobile Engg
• MOTOR MECHANIC course
• TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS GOODS BY ROAD
• Exclusive training in Defensive driving, Safety devices with focus on Psychology of drivers, conductors, mechanics and depot in- charge.
Prior to joining IDTR, he has served in Bosch Chassis Systems India Limited, Chakan, Pune for 10 years in the capacity of DGM in Engineering department and for about 25 more years in different OE manufacturers in Pune in areas like R&D, Design and testing etc.
The organisations he served include Bajaj Auto Limited, Spaco, Bajaj Tempo Limited, Kinetic, KBX, LML etc.
