Ms. Neelam Pathak has over 17+ years of Working experience in Automobile Domain with Tata Motors, M&M Ltd , John Deere & Currently with Cummins India Ltd. She has taken up various roles in her career in New Product Development , Program Management , Strategic Sourcing and Manufacturing . She has lead the Electrical Tractor development in her previous organization. Currently she is India ABO Leader for Purchasing Functional Excellence at Cummins India Ltd, Where she is responsible for Driving the purchasing processes across different BU. She is a Mechanical Engineer and completed her executive education from IIM Lucknow.

Neelam has been an Active Project Management Professional ( PMP) since 2010 and Speaker at National Project Management Conferences & Technical Supply Chain Conferences. She is also Certified Value Management Associate (VMA) from SAVE International in the area of VAVE.

Neelam has two white paper published in the field of Project Management in the National PMI India Conference . She is also an active SWE member ( Society of Women Engineers).
