Małgorzata Bieniaszewska – Founder/Sales Director 

Entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. The owner and founder of MB Pneumatyka, the only company in Poland and one of the four European leaders in production of connectors for pneumatic systems in commercial vehicles over 3,5 tons. A graduate of psychology at the SWPS University and English philology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She obtained an EMBA diploma at Aalto University Executive Education Ltd. A member of the Council for Entrepreneurship by the President of Poland, where she chairs the Small and Medium Enterprises Team.

Businesswoman and promoter of corporate social responsibility. Together with Dinesh Kotiya – the owner of Ajita – she is a co-founder of MB Pneumatics India PVT, built on values consistent for both companies – human, respect, and reputation. The company has taken steps to counteract the problem of illiteracy among children and women in India.
