Hetal Gandhi is the Director for CRISIL Research. She has spent over a decade at CRISIL. Her experience is spread from consumption-linked sectors like automobiles, auto components, agri inputs and airline services to technology-linked verticals like telecom, IT services and ITeS. She also oversees the infra and logistics verticals covering roads, airport infra, ports, shipping, warehousing and more.

Her area of work ranges across demand forecasting, assessment of profitability dynamics and impact of changing trends in competition and technology on demand, investments and credit profiles. Her team is also engaged in on the ground tracking of consumption impacting variables like farmer profitability and drivers of rural income.

She joined CRISIL after completing her post-graduation in finance.
