Other than Uno Minda Limited he has worked with Harita Seating Systems and Rane Group. He was heading the Sales & Marketing for Rane Engine Valve Ltd., and was instrumental in acquiring key business from VW, Volvo and BMW group for value train components followed by high end Driver and Passenger Seating Systems from Domestic and International customers for Harita Seating Systems. Yakama Kumar is actively connected with transport and fleet operators to understand their needs and offer connected and safety solutions.
