Mr. Shailesh has been part of the Commercial Vehicle industry for 20+ years working with organisations such as Tata Motors and Daimler Trucks. Over his professional career he has held key responsibilities for Product Planning, Product Management, Go-To-Market Strategy, Special Application Development and Sales.
Over his entire career Shailesh has been representing various forums/committees within the organisations and in the industry to drive modernisation in the Indian Commercial vehicle industry, focusing on introducing New Technologies to enhance Value proposition, Safety and Driver well-being.
Mr. Shailesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in “Chemical Engineering” and Master’s degree in “Business Administration” from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He also holds a Post Graduate diploma in “Automotive Systems Engineering” from Loughborough University, United Kingdom specialising in Hybrid, Electric & Fuel Cell Powertrain.
