Mr. Sainath started his career with TVS Motor Company (2 Wheeler) in May 2000 and worked here for 6 years, 10 years in Delphi Automotive, 2.5 years in Continental, 4 years BW and has total 22 years of diverse and in-depth experience on Gasoline Engines, Emissions, Performance optimizations in the Powertrain domain. He has deep expertise in System and Calibration Development of Gasoline and CNG Engines. He has also worked in the CTCM for 6 months in the Diagnostic algorithm development when he was in Delphi automotives, 4 months in CTC, Shanghai. He is currently in the role of Sr. PM Manager – Systems at Technical Centre India and has been leading the 2Wheeler System and calibration development for BSVI. He has contributed significantly towards CNG development for VECV customer on OBD2 – BSIV activities.

Sainath holds a Master of Science by Research in Mechanical Engg. from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM) and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU Anantapur.
