Mr. Praveen Nagpal is graduate in mechanical engineering and MBA by qualification. After working with a Power Engine OEM for 12 years in various Projects and Services related roles, Praveen diversified to lubricant sector in 2007 and worked in various function as business development, technical advisor for power and marine sector. Praveen leads the technical team in India as a Chief Technology Officer and responsible for technology support across lines of lubricant business in India. Praveen leads several initiatives of driving technology leadership, like collaborating with OEMs and customers on reducing Total Cost of Ownership, contribution to community through sustainable environment, developing strong portfolio and services strategy for current and future needs of OEMS and customers. Prior to this, Praveen worked as Global Product Application Specialist for stationary power engine lubricants in Shell Global Solution. Praveen was responsible for managing relationships with key power engines OEMs globally. Praveen was frequently involved in working closely with Shell Global R&D and Marketing team for new product developments, training sales and technical teams on product application and how to identify, anticipate and resolve application problems concerning engine oils. Praveen lives in India and loves spending his free time with family and outdoor sports activities.
