Effectively assisting the team in increasing the CSI level by 17 basis points through robust implementation of Service Processes & effective rollout of value added services thereby achieving the highest CSI and contributed in overall increase in the CSI rating of the organisation in 2006-07 in Tata Motors Ltd.
Distinction of recording the highest sales in the east region in spare parts; focused on targeted products to achieve incremental business volume in Tata Motors Ltd.
Instrumental in the launch of two new products in Hyundai – Santro & Accent in a very competitive market; thereby captured 30% market share in the first year of operation with a skeletal network in Hyundai Motor (I) Ltd.
Improved network reach in Nissan by almost doubling the dealer numbers in a span of 8 months and successfully ensuring viability of the network by bringing focus on Service Absorption Ratio (SAR)
Successfully developed dealer touchpoints from 2 to 18 in a span of 20 months in East Region & 9 authorised service centres in Daewoo Motors (I) Ltd.
Designed the network strategy for launch of SUV/CUV & Passenger Vans in india for Foton Motors.
