Pankaj Shroff is the Chief Financial Officer at Porter, a tech-based on-demand, intra-city logistics company. Currently, he handles the overall responsibility of corporate finance, investor relations, MIS, accounts, secretarial, legal & compliance, treasury and day to day finance operations.

With close to 18 years in the industry, Mr. Shroff started his journey with Porter in 2015 as the Head of Finance and served in the role for 7 years. Pankaj was promoted as the Chief Financial Officer in February 2021 and is responsible for leading the Finance function of Porter.

Prior to working with Porter, Pankaj Shroff was a part of some of the leading organisations in India, namely KPMG and Ernst & Young. He was a part of the audit division at KPMG and M&A consultancy at Ernst & Young.

He has been awarded for his outstanding contribution in Audit at KPMG.

Pankaj Shroff is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed his B. Comm from Calcutta University. In his free time, Pankaj likes to spend time with his children, enjoys thriller movies and traveling.
