Mr. Erich Nesselhauf handled global assignments in various countries in Europe and Asia including responsibility to kick start green field activities, leading a diverse mix of global and local teams with multicultural exposure.

Prior to assuming the role of Managing Director and CEO of DICV in 2014, he was responsible for Procurement in DICV and later led the Supply Chain function. In these capacities, he built an efficient supplier base for the company and ensured a localization level of more than 85% right from the start of operations in 2012.

As Managing Director and CEO, Erich Nesselhauf has overseen DICV’s ramp-up to more than 50,000 BharatBenz trucks on Indian roads within a short span of 5 years as well as the expansion of the company’s vehicle exports to some 40 markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America under the FUSO and Mercedes-Benz brands. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Daimler Trucks Asia.
