Dr. Mamta Singh is a highly accomplished professional with 23 years of experience in various sectors. After completing her B.Ed, M Phil & Ph.D, Mamta started her career in the education sector from year 2000. She worked with various educational institutes before taking onto the journey of an entrepreneur in Year 2014.

She founded Better Tomorrow Foundation & cofounded an NGO ‘Naya Savera’. These 2 NGOs are working relentlessly for the betterment of women & children for last many years now. These NGOs conduct various educational programs for under privileged children, provide them with free education & help them with education material. They also conduct various training programs for women on safety & women empowerment. They also help women & children who have been victims of sexual or drug abuse. These NGOs have been providing skill-based trainings to women so that they can become independent and contribute to their family income & eventually help themselves & their children to become a part of mainstream of the society. Mamta is spearheading all these activities with the help of her team.

She is also responsible for the HR function for her family business in INSTANT group, which consists of a family of 3000 people. She leads the entire HR team & has been instrumental setting up the entire HR function from beginning,
implemented POSH in the Organization, worked hard to make INSTANT a great place to work certified workplace & very recently to bring INSTANT into India’s TOP 25 best workplaces for Trust & Innovation 2023.

She is a POSH expert as she herself has been leading the POSH in a large organization for last many years, apart from that she has been working for betterment of children & women at the grass root level through her NGOs. She is very particular about how women should be treated be it her own organization or in the society. She is a true advocate of women empowerment for all strata of the society.
