He has been instrumental in bringing in several foreign joint venture partners and set up successful projects in India. He has set up and successfully ran several running large scale businesses with direct P&L responsibility. He has hired and developed large teams for effective and running of organisations. He has been an entrepreneur for past 10 years and has successfully run his own businesses. He has helped several businesses in their expansion and turnaround plans.
