In certain extreme circumstances, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you find yourself unable to attend the event, you may be eligible to have your payment adjusted towards a future event hosted by us. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
To request an adjustment, please follow these steps:
Notification: Inform us as soon as possible by emailing [Your Email Address] with your name, contact details, and a brief description of the extreme circumstance.
Supporting Documentation: Provide relevant supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate, obituary notice, or proof of travel disruption.
Approval: Our team will review your request and supporting documents. If approved, we will apply the amount you paid towards a future event of your choice, subject to availability and event-specific conditions.
Requests for adjustments must be made no later than 14 days before the event date.
Approved adjustments are valid for 18 months from the date of the originally scheduled event.
Adjustments are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who made the original payment.
No cash refunds or credits will be issued.
