Reji works as Country Manager (Standards & Regulations) for Caterpillar India Private Limited. He has over 24 years of work experience in Hindustan Motors and Caterpillar India.

Caterpillar is the world's largest construction equipment manufacturer and is ranked #67 on the Fortune 500 list.

Most of his career he was into customer & dealer facing roles and was involved in After-sales support, Product reliability, Machine sales and now into Product Compliance.

His current job is to ensure that all products Caterpillar sells in India are technically compliant with Indian laws. Also, he is an Industry advisor to a few government Ministries / Departments like Department of Heavy Industries, Road Transport and Highways, Mine Safety, BIS and represents Earthmoving Industry in various technical bodies.

He is an engineer by profession and has majored in Automobile Engineering and Physics. He has done Executive Management program from Peking University and Post Graduate Management program in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
