Mr. Rahul Patil is GM Virtual Design & Verification, John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. (JDTCI). He is leading the virtual validation for Utility Tractors for John Deere. The virtual validation includes competencies like -structural analysis, fluid dynamics, dynamics system modeling, NVH and vehicle energy management.

He has rich experience in virtual validation of tractor components and systems to meet the customer usage and practices. One of the challenges is to understand different customer applications and practices across different regions and geographical locations.

He has completed BE-Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and ME-Mechanical from IISc, Bangalore. He has total 18+ years of experience in Automotive-Off highway/Aerospace domain. He has begun his career in GE-Aircraft Engines and has been working in John Deere for past 14+ years. He is also Sigma Black Belt certified.
