With the industry’s most efficient AI on the edge, LightMetrics is able to bring the benefits of edge AI to make driving safer and understand driver behavior better – helping fleets become safer and more efficient. Fleets are able to see how their trucks are being driven, reduce risk from bad driving practices like distraction/drowsiness/cellphone use, stream video live from the trucks on demand, retrieve video evidence in case of accidents and know who the driver is using face recognition. Further, as the only modular and hardware agnostic video telematics platform, enterprises have enormous flexibility in designing their own video telematics solutions and unlocking the recurring revenue opportunities for TSPs, Tier-1s and OEMs.

At LightMetrics, he is responsible for Product and the Tier-1/OEM business. Prior to LightMetrics, he had over 10 years experience in the areas of camera technology, computer vision, machine learning and AI across companies like Nokia Research, OnSemi conductors. He has over 20 granted US patents and is named as an inventor in over 45 patent applications. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in India.
