Mr. Polash Das, Head eMobility, Convergence Energy Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of EESL, Govt. of India

Polash Das is Head eMobility at Convergence Energy Services Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy
Efficiency Services Limited. He has been active in the transport sector for over 10 years and has been
a frequent contributor to India’s electric mobility and energy efficiency programs. His experience includes roll
out one of the largest government procurement of electric buses for 5 metro cites through Grand Challenge. His
current assignment includes rolling out 50,000 electric buses. He has played a key role in developing the EV
charging infrastructure in the capital and represents CESL in various central and state government committees
on conceptualizing the policies and standards for EV.
