Mr. Jaykumar Waghela is currently Head-Business Development, North & West region at Fourth Partner Energy. He is leading sales and business development for these 2 regions in India – on-site solar, off-site solar and energy trading since last four years.

Before joining 4PEL, he worked for a leading smart grid company for around 2 years as Director – BD & Strategy where he was responsible for increasing revenue, developing the sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities while devising strong business strategies for entire Asia.

He has also worked with Reliance Energy for 7.5 years as Senior Manager, CEO Cell for the Mumbai Region. He was responsible for orchestrating and administering all facets of corporate strategy formulation activity and directly reporting to the Group Chairman, CEO, and other leadership team.

Overall, Jay has over 16 years of leadership experience in business development, strategy, and operations in India and Abroad. He has expertise in setting up operations in new and upcoming companies, restructuring verticals in established companies; significantly enhancing the revenue and productivity of organisations.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and has completed his EPAF from IIM-C, MBA from IGTC.
