Vinay has over 25 years of senior leadership experience across India, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Amongst various Global brands that he has been associated with, he was with Ford Motor Company for over 18 years, where he led international marketing, sales and service teams in Ford India, Philippines and Asia Pacific. Vinay, with his deep expertise in the automotive industry, is a much sought after consultant, speaker, panellist, coach and mentor across various industries.

Vinay is a mechanical engineer from IIT Delhi,  who went on to do his MBA from Tulane University, New Orleans, USA. He lives in Gurgaon, India.
