Mr. PC Jayan is the  Director – Engineering for International Automotive Components ( IAC ), India Operations and is based out of IAC – India headquarters, Pune. He heads the Product engineering and design functions for both Domestic and Offshore engineering. IAC India manufactures Interior and Exterior Automotive components and systems including COCKPITS, INSTRUMENT PANELS, FLOOR CONSOLES, DOOR SYSTEMS AND OTHER INTERIOR TRIMS.

Jayan has a rich and varied experience having worked on projects for global and local customers including Daimler Trucks, Mercdez, Volvo, Eicher motors, General Motors, Ashok leyland Trucks and Buses,  Mahindras and Mahindra Trucks and Buses. He has spent a significant part of his career in Japan and China supporting the design and Development of Interior systems and components .

He has in-depth knowledge of Safety systems, interior design, NVH and acoustic development.
