Mr. Manish Rele is Founder & CEO of DgNote Technologies. In that role he provides overall strategic, operational and financial direction for the company. Additionally, Mr. Rele actively drives product development and manages key client relationships.

Prior to founding DgNote, worked with Lincoln International both in India and the U.S., focusing on providing advisory services. He has executed growth capital and mergers and acquisitions transactions for leading private and family-owned businesses. His experience includes cross-border advisory including buy-side and sell-side, debt advisory and other strategic advisory mandates including valuation assignments. He was the founding member of Lincoln International in India. Mr. Rele started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers after which he worked with Dresdner Kleinwort in investment banking. He has also worked with Citigroup in the Corporate and Investment Bank and Global Consumer Bank.

Mr. Rele holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He is also a Chartered Accountant from India, and an all-India rank holder.
