Kapil has a degree in Engineering and a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing. He has over 18 years of experience across consumer products, lubricants, and additive industry.

At Lubrizol, Kapil has had a diverse experience wherein he has held roles in Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, Currently, he holds the position of Associate Director – Product Management Group, responsible for business strategy development for Transportation and Industrial additives for India, the Middle East and the Africa region.
